Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

We ship worldwide, with optimized service for Indonesia and Southeast Asia.

Standard Shipping（Free for orders ≥ $20）
Delivery: 7–14 business days (Indonesia: 5–10 days)
Tracking: Available via tracking number after shipment
Expedited Shipping（$4.99）
Delivery: 3–5 business days (Indonesia: 2–3 days)
Priority processing & faster customs clearance

3. Shipping Costs

Standard Shipping: Free on all orders **$20 USD or more**; $2.99 for orders under $20.
Expedited Shipping: Flat rate $4.99 (all destinations).

4. Import Duties & Taxes

For Indonesia: We offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)—all import duties, taxes, and customs fees are included at checkout. No extra charges upon delivery.
For other countries: Import duties, taxes, and fees may apply and are the customer’s responsibility as local customs regulations.

5. Tracking & Delivery

A tracking number will be sent via email once your order ships.
Delivery times are estimates and may be delayed due to customs clearance, weather, or carrier issues (beyond our control).

6. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned due to incorrect address, unclaimed, or customer refusal, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
We will reship the item at the customer’s cost or issue a refund minus shipping fees.
